Kristen Taylor - Owner/Operator 

Hello, my name is Kristen. I am the owner and operator of Smile Photography based in Manahawkin, NJ. I specialize in newborn photography, first birthdays/cake smashes, and family photos.  I've always had a passion for photos and never thought of it as a possible career for me. While I was in college we were required to take a few electives so I took photography classes, and never put the camera down again. I knew then and there that I found what I wanted to do, what I was going to enjoy, what I was going to make a part of my new life decision, a career in photography. Now I get to live the saying "find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life" and boy is that true. Some days may be much harder than others but I enjoy every moment of being a photographer and owning my own business. Now that I am a mom I have learned how important it is to document every moment of life, as it changes in a blink of an eye. I wouldn't be able to be where I am at today with out the wonderful support of my husband, David, and the encouragement from my own babies, Emerson, Quinn and Keegan. With having a studio attached to my home I can make my dream of being a working mother come more to life then ever.
